Por último, se hace uso de la historia anterior para explicar las variables que intervienen en el poder. Al final de cada capítulo Rosique echa mano de su dilatada experiencia como alto directivo y profesor de escuela de negocios para enriquecer al lector con sabios consejos prácticos. Un libro inspirador, dinámico, a veces incómodo, de fácil lectura y con un final sorprendente.
