The challenges sought in our lives can be the epiphany of how we relate to others and our views in life. An example of the poem "Change" quotes "My thoughts flow freely like the soaring of an eagle" exemplifies how one can stay focused on their thoughts without interruptions, in comparison to a soaring eagle hunting for food. The eagle never loses sight of its prey, as should one not lose focus on the their ultimate goals.
