Desse modo, o livro apresenta alguns princípios para a construção de uma metodologia de ensino que incorpore os atributos da criatividade e ludicidade, fazendo com que o professor tenha uma base para tornar-se mais pleno em sala de aula. A classe deve ser alegre, um mundo no qual circulam a imaginação e a curiosidade, mediadas pelo professor. Assim, uma metodologia de ensino para proporcionar uma aula criativa e lúdica deve seguir alguns princípios e também sistematizá-los em três etapas distintas: relação dialógica, exposição do conteúdo curricular e registro das aprendizagens. Desse modo, será possível um trabalho educacional voltado para o desenvolvimento do aluno, do grupo e, consequentemente, para a transformação da sociedade.

Richard Clark’s observation that “…media are mere vehicles that deliver instruction but do not influence student achievement any more than the truck that delivers our groceries causes changes in our nutrition” is as misunderstood today as it was when first published in the Review of Educational Research in 1983.
