El procedimiento ha sido sustentado con el estudio bibliografico realizado, el cual se corresponde plenamente con el reglamento establecido para la evaluacion externa del SEAGEF, las herramientas propuestas para el diagnostico abarca cuatro variables: aseguramiento a los procesos sustantivos, aseguramiento a la Residencia Estudiantil, aseguramiento a la vitalidad de la institucion y los Recursos en la GEF. Los resultados obtenidos poseen impacto economico y social. En lo economico contribuye a la optimizacion en el uso de los recursos materiales y financieros que se emplean en el aseguramiento de los procesos sustantivos y desde el punto de vista social la mejora de las condiciones de estudio, trabajo y vida constituyen un factor que promueve la motivacion y satisfaccion de la comunidad universitaria."

The 2020 edition of the WWDR, titled Water and Climate Change illustrates the critical linkages between water and climate change in the context of the broader sustainable development agenda. For the first time in the republican history of Peru, the presidential transition takes place in democracy, social peace, fast economic growth and favorable world markets.
