While perturbative QCD methods fully describe experimental results at high energies, and chiral perturbation theory is the low energy effective theory of the strong interactions, a form of duality is observed connecting these two regimes. The symposium and workshop OC Continuous Advances in QCD / ArkadyfestOCO was the fifth in the series of meetings organized by the William I Fine Theoretical Physics Institute at the University of Minnesota.
