Die Konkurrenz für Führungskräfte ist härter geworden: die Globalisierung erlaubt es, aus einem viel größeren Talente-Pool zu schöpfen als früher. Es gibt Situationen, in denen Entscheidungen unter Zeitdruck schlechter sind als die in gelassener Stimmung getroffenen Entscheidungen. Oft wäre es vielleicht besser, weniger Zeit zu haben: denn je länger man nachdenkt desto stärker werden Vor- und Nachteile gegeneinander abgewägt.
