A Cultura Organizacional pode ser conceituada como um conjunto ou padrão de crenças e valores, compartilhados entre os membros de uma organização, que determina as regras do comportamento organizacional. Por outro lado, quando se analisa a Filosofia Lean (Lean Thinking), verifica-se a sua conexão direta com o capital humano, portanto, se faz não apenas necessária, mas imprescindível a atenção na Cultura Organizacional da empresa durante a adoção dessa filosofia. Identificou-se, nesse cenário, que muitas empresas de TI, na tentativa de obter vantagem competitiva e realizar a entrega dos seus produtos de forma rápida e sem desperdício, têm introduzido os Métodos Ágeis no seu dia a dia. No entanto, não levam em conta sua Cultura Organizacional e o uso de ferramentas ou de um conjunto de práticas que lhes sirvam de apoio. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo avaliar a influência da Cultura Organizacional sobre a Filosofia Lean, como forma de facilitar a implantação de Métodos Ágeis no desenvolvimento de software, em vários times em uma empresa de Tecnologia da Informação voltada para a área de saúde. Para tanto, serão utilizados dois métodos de pesquisa científica, o método de Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (SLR) para dar embasamento para a questão de pesquisa, e um estudo de caso aplicado em diferentes times de desenvolvimento de software. Como resultado, foi apresentado um Framework que orienta a inclusão de práticas da Filosofia Lean associada à abordagem Ágil, em diferentes times de TI, considerando-se a Cultura Organizacional da empresa estudada.
