Alors que la plupart des universités dans le monde s’engagent dans un processus d’internationalisation, il apparaît pertinent de s’interroger sur ce qu’est l’internationalité universitaire. Où se situent les universités au regard des processus d’internationalisation, de globalisation et de mondialisation ? Quels seraient les critères d’internationalité à retenir ? Questions pertinentes pour qui veut donner un sens à une démarche d’internationalisation institutionnelle. En ce sens, cet ouvrage, par delà l’aspect théorique, se veut un instrument qui offre à l’acteur engagé dans la définition ou la mise en œuvre d’une politique d’internationalisation des outils conceptuels de diagnostic, de réflexion et d’aide à la décision. Il est le résultat des travaux du Réseau international sur la mondialisation de l’enseignement supérieur (RIMES), groupe de recherche constitué en 2010 lors de la rencontre, à l’Université Normale de Chine du Sud, à Canton, de plusieurs universitaires du Canada, de la Chine, de France et du Vietnam, acteurs de l’internationalisation universitaire, qui ont manifesté la volonté d’apporter leur contribution à une meilleure compréhension des transformations que vivent les universités dans le contexte mondial actuel. La caractéristique principale de ce groupe est que ses membres se définissent comme des acteurs-réflexifs de l’internationalisation du monde universitaire dans un contexte de globalisation. Les différents auteurs interrogent, à partir de leur point de vue, de leur expérience et de leur formation, les phénomènes d’internationalisation, de globalisation et de mondialisation en cours dans le monde universitaire. Ces interrogations sont riches de la diversité culturelle et scientifique qui les initie et les soutient.

It is commonly recognized that logistics has become a major strategic issue for all companies, whether they are part of the primary, secondary or tertiary sector. Faced with the external pressures of globalization and competition, logistics optimizes processes and reduces production and delivery cycles.
