El status ontologico de las organizaciones ha sido ampliamente debatido en circulos filosoficos y sociales, pero aun no se ha encontrado una alineacion practica entre requerimientos colectivos e intereses individuales. Historicamente, bajo formas de dominacion amparadas en la utilidad y el poder, los distintos modelos organizacionales han supeditado el desarrollo individual al bienestar colectivo, conduciendo a los sujetos al gradual desmoronamiento de sus valores fundamentales. Sobre la base de estos cuestionamientos se exploro la estructura moral que rige en las organizaciones, para fundamentar el modo de alcanzar la confluencia de principios minimos de convivencia basados en la racionalidad y el respeto. La investigacion revelo que en el marco de pensamiento postmoderno, los fundamentos eticos de las decisiones solo encuentran sustento en el respeto a la diversidad moral y en la legitimacion de multiples realidades convergentes en un mismo espacio social, requiriendose un urgente proceso de socializacion de todos los actores morales en funcion de las capacidades de relacionamientos que se exhiban."
