Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Die Kennzeichen oder Nummernschilder, die an einem Personenkraftwagen (Pkw) angebracht sind, bezeichnen den Ort, an dem der Pkw zum Verkehr zugelassen wurde. Die Kennzeichen lassen sowohl auf das Land der Zulassung schließen, als auch auf den Zulassungsbezirk innerhalb eines Landes, in Deutschland häufig eine Stadt. Für den Begriff des Personenkraftwagens soll im Rahmen dieser Untersuchung die Definition aus dem deutschen Straßenverkehrsrecht maßgeblich sein. Damit ist ein Pkw nach § 23 I Nr. 6 der Straßenverkehrszulassungsordnung (StVZO) ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einem zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von höchstens 2,8 t und mit nicht mehr als neun Sitzplätzen inklusive Fahrersitz. Ein Kraftfahrzeug ist dabei nach § 1 II Straßenverkehrsgesetz (StVG) und § 4 l 1 StVZO ein durch Maschinenkraft angetriebenes, nicht an Gleise gebundenes Landfahrzeug. Unter dem Betrieb eines Pkw ist die bestimmungsgemäße Benutzung des Pkw als Fortbewegungsmittel zu verstehen. Ein Pkw wird also betrieben, wenn er gefahren wird. Mit ortsfremden Kennzeichen wird ein Pkw betrieben, wenn er an einem anderen Ort als dem seiner Zulassung gefahren wird, also außerhalb seines Zulassungsbezirks, wo die Pkw normalerweise andere Kennzeichen führen. Der Betrieb eines Pkw mit national ortsfremden Kennzeichen liegt folglich dann vor, wenn ein Fahrzeug innerhalb Deutschlands in einem 'fremden' Zulassungsbezirk gefahren wird, etwa wenn ein Fahrzeug in München zugelassen wurde aber in Stuttgart betrieben wird. Dagegen findet ein Betrieb mit international ortsfremden Kennzeichen dann statt, wenn ein Pkw in einem anderen Land als dem seiner Zulassung gefahren wird, z. B. wenn ein Fahrzeug in Paris zugelassen ist und mit dem französischen Kennzeichen in Stuttgart betrieben wird. This is the first book to apply the concept of ‘contents tourism’ in a global context and to establish an international and interdisciplinary framework for contents tourism research. The term ‘contents tourism’ gained official recognition in Japan when it was defined by the Japanese government in 2005, and it has been characterised as ‘travel behaviour motivated fully or partially by narratives, characters, locations, and other creative elements of popular culture forms including film, television dramas, manga, anime, novels and computer games’. What are the underlying rationales for industrial policy? Does empirical evidence support the use of industrial policy for correcting market failures that plague the process of industrialization? To address these questions, the authors provide a critical survey of the analytical literature on industrial policy. They also review some recent industry successes and argue that only a limited role was played by public interventions. Moreover, the recent ascendance of international industrial networks, which dominate the sectors in which less developed countries have in the past had considerable success, implies a further limitation on the potential role of industrial policies as traditionally understood. Overall, there appears to be little empirical support for an activist government policy even though market failures exist that can, in principle, justify the use of industrial policy.

Ever since people have lived together in groups, there have been leaders and those who are led. The many different leadership styles have also been discussed and criticized since the 1950s. The question arises which style is the most efficient or the "right" style for leading people. For a company it is of great importance with which behavior their managers can influence or motivate the employees to the best possible performance and thus achieve the company's goals. Empirical studies show that the leadership style has a great influence on the work and well-being of leaders and employees and thus also on the economic success of the company. However, there is no one optimal leadership style as several studies and publications have already proven. Each of the styles can achieve both positive and negative results, depending on the situation and the individual employee. The leadership styles should be adapted according to the situation. In this paper, after defining the terms leadership and leadership style, on the one hand the classical leadership styles and on the other hand the transactional and the transformational leadership styles are explained and compared. Possible advantages and disadvantages as well as their influence on employee motivation, willingness to perform and leadership success will be shown. In addition, results of current studies will provide an insight into the state of research. Finally, the most important points are summarized and a concluding conclusion is drawn on the basis of the knowledge gained.
