Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Die vorliegende Arbeit hat das Ziel, bei bestehenden Kreditgenossenschaften Ansätze zur Verbesserung der Kundennähe und der Wirtschaftlichkeit aufzuzeigen. Mittels eines ganzheitlichen Managementansatzes können Bankgenossenschaften reorganisiert werden, wenn man sich von Anfang an im klaren ist, daß es keine vollkommene Lösung für Kreditgenossenschaften geben kann. Jede Genossenschaftsbank hat bei der Planung und Durchführung einer Restrukturierung ihren eigenen Weg zu gehen. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird Reorganisation von Kreditgenossenschaften als ein geplanter organisatorischer Wandel unter Berücksichtigung des Förderungsauftrages verstanden. Der Ablauf der Reorganisation in Bankgenossenschaften soll zur bestmöglichen Struktur für die jeweilige Kreditgenossenschaft führen. Ein Reorganisationsvorhaben setzt voraus, daß alle Betroffenen von Anfang an, informiert werden. Kunden und Mitglieder von Genossenschaftsbanken sollten bereits zu Beginn unterrichtet sein, daß eine geplante Veränderung letztlich eine Steigerung des Kundennutzens für sie bedeutet. Durch die Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und der Kundennähe ihrer Kreditgenossenschaft können Kunden eine bessere Servicequalität und Mitglieder beispielsweise eine höhere Dividendenzahlung erhalten. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll kein gesamtbankbezogener Reorganisationsprozess durchgeführt werden, da ein solcher Prozess mehrere Jahre andauern kann, sondern die Reorganisation der Geschäftsstellenstruktur der Volksbank Tettnang eG als Teil eines gesamtbankbezogenen Prozesses auf der strategischen Ebene betrachtet werden. Ausgangspunkt der Reorganisationsstrategie bei Volksbank Tettnang eG ist der Workshop des Vorstands der Volksbank Tettnang eG mit der Gesellschaft für genossenschaftliches Bankenmarketing mbH (GSB). Im Service- oder Qualitätswettbewerb sollte "Dienen für den Kunden" bei allen Kreditinstituten eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Die Philosophie sollte bei Kreditgenossenschaften lauten: "Dienen, nicht nur verdienen", da der in §1 des Genossenschaftsgesetzes (GenG) formulierte Förderungsauftrage eine unverzichtbare Grundlage für die Erwerbs- und Wirtschaftsgenossenschaften ist. Kreditgenossenschaften können sich durch das Angebot von qualitativ besseren Bankdienstleistungen (Servicequalität) vom Mitwettbewerber positiv abheben, wenn neue Märkte weitgehend erschlossen sind (Produktwettbewerb).
