La materia disciplinare è una delle tematiche più complesse del pubblico impiego, oggetto di continui interventi legislativi. Il legislatore delle riforme Brunetta e Madia ha esteso doveri ed obblighi lavorativi con crescita delle ipotesi sanzionatorie ed è intervenuto sul procedimento disciplinare. La visione di un avvocato con esperienza in materia offre una prospettiva “dal basso” dalla parte del lavoratore incolpato con esigenza di esemplificare ed enucleare i fondamentali per esercitare compiutamente diritto di difesa del lavoratore.
