Kepemimpinan Rumah Tangga di suku Moi merupakan salah satu bagian dari aktivitas kekristenan. Aktivitas tersebut dapat dilakukan dalam rumah tangga di suku Moi adalah salah satu pelayanan yang berorientasi pada kehidupan dalam masyarakat dengan tujuan pengembangan upaya pemberdayaan keluarga dan meningkatkan kualitas Keluarga dalam pertumbuhan Gereja, secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Uraian di atas menyatakan beberapa gagasan tentang Karateristik Kepemimpinan rumah tangga, secara khusus dalam masyarakat sebagai berikut; pertama, Karateristik Kepemimpinan rumah Tangga Suku Moi yang berlandaskan Alkitab di masyarakat moi memiliki hakikat karateristik moi yang dapat dipelajari dan diterapkan; kedua, masyarakat memiliki materi kepemimpinan Rumah tangga ; ketiga, Meningkatkan kualitas rumah tangga memiliki metode pelaksanaan; keempat, Kepemimpinan rumah tangga suku Moi etis dan Teologis menumbuhkan pertumbuhan Masyarakat di Papua Barat dilakukan dengan tujuan, yaitu perkembangan Masyarakat moi secara kualitatif. Gagasan-gagasan sebagai mana telah dinyatakan di atas mengindikasikan pentingnya pemahaman tentang hakikat, Kepemimpinan rumah tangga suku Moi dan tujuan karateristik etis dan teologis dalam masyarakat suku Moi. Hal itu dipandang penting karena pemahaman tersebut memiliki peran yang penting pula dalam konteks kebudayaan Lokal dalam masyarakat, yang berdampak pada pencapaian tujuan Kepemimpinan rumah Tangga dalam masyarakat sebagaimana telah dipaparkan, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menemukan satu perkembangan masyarakat suku Moi secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Merujuk pada uraian jauh mana hakikat, Kepemimpinan Rumah tangga Suku Moi dan tujuan hidup dalam masyarakat Moi dipahami dalam budaya implementatif serta sejauh mana kontribusinya dalam pencapaian tujuan Kepemimpinan rumah tangga Moi dalam bermasyarakat di Kota dan Kabupaten Papua Barat Daya.
