Although Sapient was categorized as a marketing, business, and technology consulting company, employees insisted that they never sold consulting or provided mere deliverables. Instead, Sapient promised "client success" and to this end had articulated a model with three principles that the company perceived as central to its value proposition. For Sapient, 'client success' was not a rhetorical gesture or a marketing slogan but a philosophy that permeated the way the company approached every client. Maintaining a client focus was one of the core values that the co-founders of Sapient, Jerry Greenberg and Stuart Moore, articulated soon after they started their technology consulting company in 1990.

This book is a hard look at the reality of the modern-day existence of an undiscovered Sapient, who's existence, always shrouded in mystery, does exist, a sapient being that predates humankind. This fact-based accounting of a relationship developed between a scientist who reveals the nature of one Sasquatch. Located in Minnesota close to the location described in the book JW Burchick tells the world "In an attempt to develop a story line close to the actual home of one Sasquatch in particular. Since discovering and documenting the level of intelligence of the surviving ancient man, his findings about the species required trust between them. Upon discovery he publishes what he has learned in his communication with the being. His finding about this gentle giant of the woods, rivals that of neanderthal, especially when compared to average man. Surprised by what he learns from and about him, armed with the results of his ability to communicate with the Sapientman, he reveals to us what the species wants from humans. The book is a balancing act on paper. A balance sought between fiction and nonfiction. The story is inspired by actual events that occurred in recent times. Readers say this book is bombshell evidence dropped into a skeptical bunker. The difficulty in writing a book under the auspicious of "real life fiction" is the overarching belief of the reader viewing the story as fictional. I went through the process of connecting thousands of dots in the construction, personal experience and data to develop a "script worthy story" from factual elements gathered from eyewitnesses, historical accounts and interviews. My stories are mostly based upon interviews of people who do not wish to be identified and or from accounts made public via social media. Upon contacting these people through social media, their stories were more complex and truthfully consistent than I first suspected. Why not call it non-fiction then? Several reasons come to mind. First, while the reports that I have painstakingly outlined are, in my opinion, truthful, although I was not there to witness the evidence myself, the witnesses believe what they have experienced to be true. Secondarily, witnesses can only provide seconds, and sometimes minutes of accounts of encounters and piecing together a feature length story from minimal information is difficult at best. I found it interesting that accounts of interactions are a mosaic of similarities, which when viewed from ten thousand feet all have the same embodiment of truth, therefore making them easily molded into a factual credible story line for reader enjoyment. I believe much of what is seen on social media is contrived, but there are those accounts that are credible and cannot be ignored. The problem is the frustration I've seen from people who aren't given the information they wish to establish a "reason to believe." Even to believe in what others are reporting is problematic for them, mostly because their frustration is compounded by using disparaging comments and insults toward witnesses that lead to all sorts of anti-social site behavior. It all comes down to this, reading a book of possibilities is far better than arguing with someone who desperately wants to be believed. As for the innocent bystanders of these battles, it takes up more time than I care to deal with so I usually remove myself from the fray. Read my books, and you'll see what I mean. They're fun, fact based, and full of rich nuggets of information.

Seldom do we understand what is occurring around us, and this serves us well. For the most part we operate on the peripheral of reality. The reasons for this are many, but foremost is that the truth instead of setting you free, can and will paralyze you. There is little need for paralysis in the middle of a disaster. Sometimes that is not true, especially when you face worst of all possible events. This is when nature chooses that you do the improbable, the impossible, or else.

The turn of the twenty-first century has seen a new era in the cognitive and brain sciences that allows us to address the age-old question of what it means to be human from a whole new range of different perspectives. Our knowledge of the workings of the human brain increases day by day and so does our understanding of the extended, distributed, embodied and culturally mediated character of the human mind. The problem is that these major ways of thinking about human cognition and the threads of evidence that they carry with them often seem to diverge, rather than confront one another. The Sapient Mind channels the huge emerging analytic potential of current neuroscientific research in the direction of a common integrated programme targeting the big picture of human cognitive evolution. Up to now, working in isolation, both archaeology and neuroscience have made a number of important contributions to the study of human intelligence. Archaeology, for instance has given us a good idea about where, and an approximate idea about when, Homo sapiens appeared - in Africa somewhere between 100 000 and 200 000 years ago. Neuroscience, on the other hand, has given us a good indication about where in the human brain modern human capacities (e.g. language, symbolic capacity, representational ability, theory of mind (ToM), causal belief, intentionality, sense of selfhood) can be identified and the possible neural networks and cognitive mechanisms that support them. The challenge facing us then is how do we put all these different facets and threads of evidence about the human condition back together again? This book presents the work of leading researchers from archaeology and the brain sciences, showing how a new framework that integrates two hithero isolated disciplines can provide us with a much deeper, more informative, account of where we came from, and why we developed as we did.

This book develops new insights into the evolving nature of organizations by applying the methodologies of posthumanist thought to the fields of organizational theory and management. An emerging 'organizational posthumanism' is described that makes sense of the ways in which forces of technological posthumanization are reshaping the members, personnel structures, information systems, processes, physical and virtual spaces, and external environments available for use by organizations. Conceptual frameworks and analytic tools are formulated that diagnose the convergence in the capacities of human and artificial actors generated by new technologies relating to human augmentation, synthetic agency, and digital-physical ecosystems. As the first systematic study of these topics, this text will interest scholars and students of organizational management and management practitioners who grapple on a daily basis with the forces of technologization that are increasingly powerful drivers of organizational change.

We either honor The Truth, or we don't. We either always teach The Truth to our children, or we don't. Their very survival depends on them knowing, and all freely speaking The Truth; that either matters, or it doesn't. We either follow the other ninety nine percent of all the species that came before us here into extinction, or we don't. We either allow our Ape testosterone, adrenalin and juvenile egomaniacal delusions of "eternal" grandeur to control our species' destiny, or we don't. Insisting that Empirical Evidence based self-awareness derived empathetic Dignity and Reason guide it instead.Humane Sapients are Truth honoring, self-aware Big Brained Apes who have transcended the limitations of our Simian heritage to a higher Rational state of empathetic Dignity and Reason by courageously embracing The Truth of Evolution. Only through education, never through force, may we all some day become subjectively aware of The One Objective Truth. But until we all do, our species will never see lasting Peace and Justice on this planet; as we cannot murder our way to Reason. For all our children's children, will you join us?
