Essay from the year 2011 in the subject Musicology - Miscellaneous, , language: Italian, abstract: In anni ormai lontani si pensava che la musicalità, come ogni altro talento artistico, fosse un’attitudine innata e che la scuola non avrebbe potuto far molto per chi si fosse scoperto “naturalmente poco versato in campo musicale”. Attualmente invece, per fortuna, è opinione comune che la musica sia di tutti e che tutti debbano potervi accedere. Dunque essa viene vista non più come prodotto artistico – culturale eccezionale e riservato a pochi eletti, ma come parte integrante del mondo che sperimentiamo ogni giorno, e ciò è dimostrato anche dal fatto che la musica sta man mano occupando una posizione importante nell’ambito della programmazione scolastica. Di conseguenza è cambiata anche la concezione della competenza musicale: una volta si considerava “predestinato alla carriera musicale” chi aveva l’orecchio assoluto e “musicalmente competente” chi, avendo appreso le regole della grammatica musicale, riusciva a leggere dei brani musicali, a cantarli e ad eseguirli su uno o più strumenti. Oggi, invece, si considera musicalmente competente chi ha preso coscienza del mondo sonoro che lo circonda, sa orientarvisi ed è in grado di operare delle riflessioni sui brani musicali. Gli spunti teorici e pratici riportati nei capitoli seguenti vogliono rappresentare proprio un invito a mettere in rilievo le diverse dimensioni della musica: logica, emotiva e motoria. E proprio perché la musica presenta queste molteplici dimensioni, l’insegnante è chiamato ad essere creativo, preparato musicalmente e pedagogicamente, proponendo ai suoi allievi attività interdisciplinari che siano occasione non solo di apprendimenti musicali, ma anche linguistici, logici, temporali, spaziali, motori, ecc. L’apprendimento musicale e strumentale, concepito in tale ottica, può rappresentare pertanto un’occasione importante nella formazione e nell’educazione dei ragazzi di oggi, fornendo loro gli strumenti necessari alla costruzione di un equilibrato mondo intellettivo e affettivo. Il presente saggio sviluppa una proposta metodologica a partire dalle opere di Chuan C. Chang e Ciro Fiorentino, due studiosi che hanno indagato sull’insegnamento/apprendimento musicale, corroborando la riflessione con approfondimenti originati dallo studio di Leggi e Decreti Ministeriali, opere relative all’insegnamento musicale e strumentale, metodi di didattica pianistica ed opere relative alla pratica musicale in un’ottica interdisciplinare.
