O termo Sem Máscaras surgiu a partir da necessidade de olharmos para dentro de nós e percebermos quem de fato somos, o que manifestamos com nossas características ou dons, nossos ditos “defeitos” e nossas “qualidades”. Na verdade, “defeitos” e “qualidades” são conceitos do social. E quando temos coragem para nos olhar sem as máscaras, ficamos frente a frente com quem de fato somos naquele momento. Esse exercício requer auto amor, auto aceitação, reflexão e compreensão para observarmos que nossos entre aspas “defeitos” são, na verdade, vistos assim pela sociedade, não por nosso Ser. Nossas “qualidades” e “defeitos” não passam de formas de ver a vida. Com nossas “qualidades” nos sentimos felizes, mas quando o assunto é “defeitos” a gente se cobra e acaba se destruindo. Precisamos nos amar como somos ou estamos. Esse é o primeiro passo. A partir daqui vamos observando e dançando com vida, sem querer nos mudar. Isso não dá para fazer. Quem de nós nunca tentou mudar um dito “defeito” e rapidamente percebeu que ele estava lá forte como um touro? É porque com raiva da gente nada acontece. A gente precisa se amar como é, com “defeitos” e “qualidades”. Essa é a mágica da transmutação, da integração do nosso Ser.
