Eva Martha Eckkrammer es catedr tica de Ling stica y Medios de Comunicaci n en el Departamento de Lenguas Rom nicas de la Universidad de Mannheim (Alemania) con enfoques investigativos en el mbito de los lenguajes de especialidad, el lenguaje en los medios de comunicaci n y lenguas criollas. Estudi en Salzburgo y Coimbra para doctorarse y conseguir la venia legendi en Salzburgo. En esta misma ciudad organiz, en colaboraci n con el grupo de investigaci n Traductolog a y Recepci n, un coloquio internacional sobre la historia de los lenguajes iberorrom nicos de especialidad.
