En la cuarta se abordan las particularidades de los grupos especiales: deportistas con discapacidades, infantiles, mayores y femeninas. Por último, se trata la organización de distintos aspectos de la actividad deportiva: el equipamiento protector, los acontecimientos deportivos y la medicina de buceo.
