Gallagher Rule was born into the great depression as the grandson of Oklahoma pioneers. He inclined toward the classics and his heroes became Erasmus, Rembrandt, Mozart, and those Marines who won WWII. He worked in a dozen European countries as an electronic and mechanical engineer retiring with several dozen copyrights and patents. On the way he founded the American Gelbvieh Association, a herd book for the Yellow cattle, created portrait sculpture of his heroes and began his writing.
