Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,3, Universität Trier, Veranstaltung: Koordination in Organisationen und Multi-Agenten-Systeme, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ein Spruch aus der Werbung heißt: „Vertrauen ist der Anfang von allem“. Dies kann man damit erklären, dass die Komplexität einer unüberschaubaren Situation durch den Einsatz von Vertrauen scheinbar vereinfacht wird. Dieser Mechanismus der Reduktion von Komplexität kommt in allen Lebensbereichen des Menschen vor: menschliches Handeln ohne Vertrauen ist undenkbar. Der Begriff Vertrauen lässt sich nicht eindeutig definieren, weil er sehr vielseitig und umfassend verwendet wird. Es muss immer das Umfeld betrachtete werden, bzw. auf den Kontext geachtet werden, um die tatsächliche Bedeutung zu verstehen. Ebenso ist Vertrauen nur sehr schwer prüfbar bzw. messbar, da umfassende Untersuchungen auch außerhalb des Forschungsschwerpunktes notwendig sind. Zum Beispiel müsste man im Unternehmen nicht nur einen bestimmten Bereich analysieren, sondern alle Unternehmensbereiche und ihre Wirkungsbeziehungen, um eine bessere Übersicht von Vertrauen in Organisationen zu bekommen. Dadurch werden die Untersuchungen von Vertrauen im Allgemeinen nur erschwert. Die zahlreichen Verwendungen des Begriffes „Vertrauen“, kann man jedoch grob in zwei Bereiche einteilen. Zum einen gibt es Vertrauen in Menschen, bzw. Personen und zum anderen Vertrauen in abstrakte Formen, wie Organisationen, Systeme, Technik, Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft etc. Aus dieser Vielfalt der Vertrauensbegriffe wird in dieser Arbeit der Fokus auf die betriebswirtschaftliche, soziologische und informationstechnische Sicht zur Untersuchung des Vertrauensphänomens in Organisationen und Multi-Agenten-Systeme beschrieben.

Im ersten Kapitel wird Vertrauen von der theoretischen Sichtweise ausfuhrlich erlautert. Ziel ist es, eine umfassende Definition von Vertrauen zu nennen, die aus den Klassikern der Vertrauensforschung besteht, um eine Basis fur das weitere Verstandnis im Kapitel 2 vorzubereiten. Es gibt drei Hauptperspektiven, unter denen Vertrauen uberwiegend untersucht wird. Dabei handelt es sich um die psychologische, soziologische und okonomische Perspektive, die auch das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Arbeit umfassen. Im zweiten Kapitel werden verschiedenen Formen von Vertrauen aus den Forschungsarbeiten erwahnt, die bereits im wirtschaftlichen Umfeld untersucht wurden. Dabei wird die Literatur aus diesen drei Sichtweisen analysiert, um herauszufinden, in welcher Perspektive Vertrauen im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich vorkommt. Im dritten und letzten Kapitel wird dann die Konklusion erortert, welche der genannten Perspektiven bei der Untersuchung von Vertrauen im wirtschaftlichen Umfeld uberwiegt. Dabei ist es wichtig, herauszufinden, in welcher Weise die Literatur dieses Thema behandelt. Daraus ergeben sich weitere Fragen: Werden die okonomischen Berichte uberwiegen, in denen Vertrauen im wirtschaftlichen Umfeld als ein Mechanismus der Kostenreduktion dargestellt wird? Oder wird ein Leitfaden angegeben, wie Vertrauenssituationen in Unternehmen einzufuhren sind. Oder gibt es auch Literatur mit einem Lehrbuchcharakter, bzw. mit einem Praxisratgeber, die eine aktive Rolle in der Vertrauenssituation eines Unternehmens vorschlagen, um eine Verbesserung herbei zu fuhren. Diese Fragen werden im Laufe dieser Arbeit ausfuhrlich beantwortet.
