La terza parte riguarda lo stile di vita e quindi il modo di applicare il minimalismo alle relazioni, ai pensieri, alle attività. Nell'ultima parte vedremo le buone abitudini che ci permetteranno di portare avanti questo percorso di consapevolezza e vivere la nostra vita migliore. Quando ho cominciato a eliminare, prima i vestiti, poi gli oggetti attorno a me, poi le attività, alcune persone, i vecchi ricordi, i pensieri negativi e limitanti, ho fatto chiarezza su cosa mi piace davvero, cosa mi fa sentire bene e soddisfatta, quali sono le mie priorità, cosa porta valore alla mia vita. Ora mi sento felice e grata per tutto ciò che ho, la mia casa, la mia famiglia e quello che faccio ogni giorno. Quando apro la porta di casa mia ho una sensazione di pace e leggerezza, quando mi guardo attorno ho solo cose belle."

Sono Carolina e sono un’osteopata. Abito a Varese e mi sono laureata nel 2014 a Milano. Purtroppo, il 10 agosto 2015 ho avuto un imprevisto che mi ha costretta a un lungo periodo di riabilitazione e conseguente sospensione dell’attività. Mi ci è voluta tanta pazienza ma ora mi sento pronta a ricominciare. Questo è il diario che ho scritto in questi cinque anni, una lotta continua per guarire. Ho guarito il corpo, ho guarito la psiche, ho guarito l’anima e non ho ancora finito.
