This second book of the Soulsphere series continues the adventures of Gale McCarthy. She had been until recently one of the only people in the galaxy to possess a Sciath Inchinn, or a “soulsphere.” Now, her discovery of a planet full of billions of soulspheres has catapulted her into a whole new life. The Paxians want to crown her as a First, the thirteenth member of the royal class, and give her almost unlimited power. They shower her with riches, a luxurious mansion, fine clothes, cars, servants, and anything else she could ever ask for. But there are rules. And she is already breaking them. Despite their general acceptance into their society of a sphereless deposed Prince from Choraia named Oberon, the other Firsts fear his unique mind powers. While allowing Gale and Oberon to marry, the royals will not permit them to have children, enforcing mandatory infertility. One of their other policies, that of executing Pax’s own children who don’t produce spheres at puberty, enrages Gale even more. Employing collaboration, secrecy, and genetics, she develops a plan to save the Paxian children, Oberon, and her own future offspring from the tyranny of her new “friends.” Whether she can make it happen is another story ...

This fourth and final book of the Soulsphere series continues the adventures of Gale McCarthy, her husband Oberon, and their unborn son, Kieren, who are now fleeing Pax and the wrath of the Firsts. They murdered Vidar and stole the fleet’s flagship, and they are also expecting a baby boy, knowing that having a child is against Paxian law. Each of these crimes is punishable by execution. Gale and Oberon discover that their unborn son has developed a sphere that is immune to the ironspell plague, thus allowing him to heal others of the virus. Now that they have a fast and foolproof cure for ironspell, they return to Shorix and Choraia to rid both planets of the plague. This is stressful enough, but when the Firsts catch up with them, Gale unexpectedly gives birth. The newborn baby has ever more astonishing mind powers, surpassing both of his parents in skills, and allowing them to safeguard planets and avoid capture throughout their whole mission. Then they reach Earth … Upon arriving back home, they find that Gale’s brother has become their enemy and has psychic abilities of his own. All seems lost. Will their newfound friends from Shorix and Choraia arrive in time to save them, and what will happen to Earth now that ironspell has invaded it? The exciting conclusion is at hand.

Soulsphere: Imprisoned, a romantic science fiction and fantasy novel for young adult readers, takes place about five centuries into the future. It is the first book in a series. Within the twelve extraterrestrial colony planets that exist, some humans have evolved certain mind powers. Gale McCarthy lives alone in Earth’s wilderness, surrounded by a dome called the Sciath Inchinn, a shield that protects her from all harm. The shield reflects all attacks back onto the attackers, killing them, which forces Gale to avoid all human contact. When Prince Oberon’s ship lands in her forest to begin his conquest of the planet, the Sciath makes short work of his soldiers. Oberon and his army employ a psychic weapon called the Arm Inchinn, which allows them to control, hurt, enslave, and kill with only a thought. Gale is the first being in the galaxy immune to the weapon. Oberon captures Gale and brings her onto his ship to study her, learn about her Sciath, and try to turn her power to his advantage. After performing tests on her, Oberon introduces Gale to his master, a half-human, half-vulture hybrid called the Praetor. This overlord decides that since no one can turn her to their side with threats, the only way she will join them is for Oberon to make her love him.

This third book of the Soulsphere series continues the adventures of Gale McCarthy, which take place five hundred years in the future. She had been elevated to royal status and given riches, property, servants, and privileges beyond her wildest imaginings. Now all of that has come tumbling down around her and she has literally lost everything, including the two most precious things in the universe: her soulsphere . . . and her mate, Oberon. In the course of seeking justice for crimes committed against her by Vidar, the First of Shorix, many of her own crimes are also revealed. Severe consequences rain down upon them both. Meanwhile, Oberon has fallen victim to another deadly threat, an extremely contagious virus that can penetrate spheres. The couple are no longer alone in their peril. Gale has become pregnant, which the Firsts consider to be the worst crime possible, one that is punishable by instant execution. The only option for survival is for the family to flee Pax for good, but how to do that safely is another problem entirely. Can they escape with their lives, or will their pasts always haunt and pursue them? Will this new disease bring all their hopes crashing down, killing millions in the process? What new and extraordinary abilities will their baby exhibit?

Evil has been unleashed in Arkania. The mage Solek, hungry for power, has smashed the Soul Sphere, an ancient device created to contain the Dark One, the very embodiment of evil. The shards of the Sphere have been scattered, and fearsome guardians stand watch over them. The free lands are now battered by attacks from armies of resurrected dead-The Dead Legion-and demons and other foul creatures roam the world. The last hope for Arkania's salvation falls on an unlikely band: Demetrius and Corson, long-time friends from Corindor; Rowan, a paladin from Delving; Tala, an elf from the Eastern Forest; the goblin Lucien; and Alexis, a warrior from the northern land of Lorgras. Together they must gather the shards and reform the Soul Sphere, thereby imprisoning the Dark One and restoring hope to their world.

A study of the 100,000-year-old spiritual science of ancient Egypt • Examines the metaphysical structure of our universe as seen by the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Celts, showing that each is based on the same central concepts from time immemorial • Reveals that the ancient Egyptians believed in reincarnation and a spiritual evolutionary process • Explains the connections between the movements of Orion and Sirius and the story of Osiris and Isis, the importance of the Pleiades and circumpolar stars to the Egyptians, and the fundamental unity of the Egyptian pantheon • Investigates the people who colonized greater Egypt 100,000 years ago, descendants of the Atlanteans In Esoteric Egypt, J. S. Gordon reveals how the sacred science and wisdom tradition of ancient Egypt--the Land of Khem--stems from an advanced prehistoric worldwide civilization. Examining the metaphysical structure of our universe as seen by the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Celts, he shows that each tradition is merely a variation on the central concepts of the precession of the equinoxes and the obliquity of the ecliptic pole. He explores the connections between the cyclical movements of Orion and Sirius and the story of Osiris and Isis, the importance of the Pleiades and the circumpolar stars, and the ancient tradition of man as a divine being “born from the substance of the stars.” He investigates the people who colonized greater Egypt 100,000 years ago, the progenitors of ancient Egyptian civilization descended from the 4th- and 5th-Root Race Atlanteans. Gordon explores the magical and esoteric meanings behind Egyptian sacred ritual and temple art, drawing parallels to the Mystery School process of initiation. Explaining the fundamental unity of the Egyptian pantheon and the structure of the after-death state, he shows that the Egyptians clearly believed in reincarnation and a spiritual evolutionary process. Revealing the ancient sacred science of the Land of Khem, teachings passed down from the earliest times, he examines the psychospiritual nature of the human being and the function of our spiritual identity and our souls.

In the medieval world, geographical knowledge was influenced by religious ideas and beliefs. Whereas this point is well analysed for the Latin-Christian world, the religious character of the Arabic-Islamic geographic tradition has not yet been scrutinised in detail. This volume addresses this desideratum and combines case studies from both traditions of geographic thinking. The contributions comprise in-depth analyses of individual geographical works as for example those of al-Idrisi or Lambert of Saint-Omer, different forms of presenting geographical knowledge such as TO-diagrams or globes as well as performative aspects of studying and meditating geographical knowledge. Focussing on texts as well as on maps, the contributions open up a comparative perspective on how religious knowledge influenced the way the world and its geography were perceived and described int the medieval world.
