In LDCs, parents believe that the real success of their children will be from educational experts employments. this makes them difficult to allow their children to participate in other non-educational activities because they believe that allowing those are cheaply allowing examination failures to their children. The government also in LDCs fails to provide sufficient funds to the public schools so as to run and proper conduct the sports activities. Little financial support from the government leads to unavailability of sports equipment and facilities to be used in sport and games. In this book the author written simple tactics to be employed by the sports administrators to raise the financial budgets for sports activities in the public schools without much dependency on the government. The author also discovers the "3Ps law of success" which discussed in this book as the assessment tool to judge the sport grow in the public schools and nationwide.
