Estigma igual a falta de información ¿Quién no ha oído hablar del estigma social? Es la marca con la que se señala a aquellos que la sociedad, por falta de información, ve diferentes. Antonio Ramos, debido a la enfermedad mental que sufrió, experimentó en primera persona lo que es vivir marcado con un estigma. A través de Stop al estigma de la salud mental quiere incidir en este tema. Quiere luchar por el derecho de igualdad que todos tenemos. Quiere que nadie por el mero hecho de padecer una enfermedad mental sea señalado como alguien raro o extraño. Esta palabra, estigma, procede del griego. Hace miles de años significó mancha o picadura. Después, en latín, los estigmas eran las heridas que aparecían en los cuerpos de los devotos cristianos. Hoy, sus connotaciones son totalmente negativas. En la actualidad quien soporta la carga de un estigma (creado injustamente), es alguien que es tratado de forma discriminatoria, alguien a quien no se llega a comprender o se deja de lado por ignorancia. Se prejuzga a la persona, porque realmente se desconoce su enfermedad. Desde mi punto de vista, como periodista, creo que los medios de comunicación y libros como el que ahora tenemos entre las manos, son una herramienta eficaz para luchar contra este tipo de estigmas. Se debe informar a la sociedad y despejar las dudas que existen sobre las diferentes enfermedades mentales, para eliminar esos estigmas que pesan sobre muchas personas. Antonio ha escrito el último libro de esta trilogía, que comenzó con Diario de una enfermedad mental, y aporta su último granito de arena para ayudar a quienes padecen este tipo de enfermedades. Su meta: facilitarles la integración en la sociedad. Su reto: conseguir que la sociedad vea a las personas con enfermedad mental como lo que son personas, con una enfermedad, que con tratamiento y seguimiento, actúan y viven de forma totalmente normalizada en la mayoría de los casos. En los dos últimos decenios, los estudiosos han llegado a reconocer que Internet es un importante instrumento para encontrar información y aprender sobre cuestiones relacionadas con la vida familiar. Internet aporta oportunidades y desafíos a la educación física y el deporte. De un solo golpe, los educadores y vida familiar pueden llegar a un público más amplio que nunca. Por otra parte, Internet sigue evolucionando de un lugar en el que las personas leen o ven contenidos de manera pasiva a una plataforma para el contenido generado por los usuarios. Por ejemplo, estimaciones recientes sugieren que el 30% de las personas han creado contenidos en línea y el 65% comparten información a través de los medios sociales. A través de los contenidos en línea y los medios sociales, las personas comparten ideas y responden a las preguntas de los demás sobre temas de la vida familiar. Por lo tanto, el desafío para los educadores de vida familiar con recursos "basados en expertos" es, en esencia, competir con el contenido "generado por el usuario". Esto significa que para que la vida familiar en línea sea efectivo, los educadores necesitan desarrollar programas basados en la ciencia y emplear un rico conjunto de estrategias interactivas que involucren a los participantes. Este artículo presenta las pautas que deben seguir los educadores de vida familiar al desarrollar programas en línea. El pensar una educación inclusiva que reconozca la diversidad como una característica humana y donde el desafío sea que el sistema educativo pueda responder equitativamente a todo el alumnado, sin importar su condición, tiene que ver con la sociedad que queremos, por eso las escuelas inclusivas son esenciales en el desarrollo personal de los ciudadanos donde se aprenda a valorar y respetar la diversidad humana. En este trabajo de investigación social, se plantea un estudio de caso en el aula inclusiva, con el objetivo de describir las actitudes vinculares que desarrollan los alumnos hacia un compañero con una discapacidad severa. En el proceso de inclusión estudiado, la dinámica actitudinal de los actores, plantea el debate sobre la inclusión y tanto en las prácticas de las instituciones educativas como en las políticas, todavía esta arraigado el pensar la discapacidad como carencia y no como diversidad . El impacto de la experiencia de estar en un aula inclusiva y "aprender todos juntos" constituye el centro del análisis de las actitudes del alumnado en ese contexto. La conclusión del estudio señala que cuando el vínculo con otro con diversidad funcional pasa a ser fruto de la experiencia, los alumnos tienen cambios en sus actitudes discriminatorias hacia la discapacidad.
