Some refer to the initial phase that corresponds to the integration of the shadow and only give a brief summary of what will follow. Others discuss the experience of the animus or of the anima, as well of the images of the father and of the mother who constitute its background, and move equally well on the previous problems concerning the shadow, as well as on its development. Still others will develop the theme of the inaccessible treasure or impossible to obtain, and other central experiences of the same order.
