Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Politik - Didaktik, politische Bildung, Note: 1,0, Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz (Pädagogisches Institut), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Weltweit sind die Menschen aktuell von einer Situation bzw. einem Prozess betroffen, die teilweise als "neoliberale Globalisierung" bezeichnet werden, für die aber auch das Etikett "real existierender Kapitalismus" gewählt werden kann: Insbesondere nach dem Ende der Blockkonfrontation wird die kapitalistische Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftsform als alternativlos bezeichnet und als "Globalisierung" ein Prozess voran getrieben, der in den 1980er Jahren begonnen wurde und seitdem mit steigender Geschwindigkeit abläuft. Damit werden die Rahmenbedingungen kapitalistischen Wirtschaftens verbessert, indem mehr und mehr gesellschaftliche Bereiche in die kapitalistische Verwertung einbezogen werden. Gleichzeitig verschärfen sich jedoch die "Kollateralschäden" der Wirtschaftsform, wie weltweite Umweltzerstörung, Kriege, globale Machtverhältnisse, Gewalt, Unterdrückung und Migration. Für die meisten Menschen hat beides negative Auswirkungen. Menschen werden dabei vielfach und umfassend zum Objekt: durch Marktbeziehungen, Tauschlogik, Macht- und Herrschaftsverhältnisse, strukturelle und offene Gewalt. Dagegen wird mehr und mehr protestiert. Neben ,traditionellen', staatsorientierten, reformistischen, kommunistischen Zielsetzungen, verbreiten sich mehr und mehr auch Ansätze, die Herrschaftsfreiheit, Selbstbestimmung und Emanzipation in den Mittelpunkt stellen. In allen Organisationsformen politischer Arbeit findet dabei auch immer politische Bildung statt - egal ob selbst organisiert oder professionell begleitet. Pädagogik, die sich nicht in den Dienst von Herrschafts- und Machtstrukturen stellen will, muss klar die Freiheit und Emanzipation des Einzelnen zum Ziel haben und auch ihre Methoden danach ausrichten. Der Ausbau der subjektorientierten Bildung in der politischen Arbeit ist daher ein möglicher Schritt auf dem Weg hin zu mehr Selbstbestimmung, Emanzipation und Beseitigung von Macht- und Herrschaftsverhältnissen. Es muss also gefragt werden, was subjektorientierte Bildung zunächst im Detail bedeutet, welche Relevanz sie genau für die politische Erwachsenenbildung hat und welche Rolle sie in der praktischen Arbeit der AkteurInnen im Bereich der politischen Bildung mit Erwachsenen spielt. Mit der vorliegenden Arbeit soll genau dies getan werden. Es sollen Begrifflichkeiten geklärt, Kernpunkte des Konzepts heraus gearbeitet und vor diesem Hintergrund die Praxis der Subjektorientierung in Zusammenhängen der politischen Erwachsenenbildung betrachtet werden.

Industrial society’s logic of the general has been replaced by late modernity’s logic of the particular.
