Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Ada Pädagogik / Erziehung / Beratung, Note: 1,3, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (Pädagogik), Veranstaltung: Pädagogische Handlungsformen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird das Konzept der Supervision als Beratungs- und Unterstützungsoption im Arbeitsfeld Schule mit speziellem Fokus auf den Lehrerberuf analysiert und besonders geschaut, ob es ein adäquates Mittel zur Burnout-Prävention bei Lehrern und Lehrerinnen darstellt. Zunächst wird hierzu der Begriff ‚Supervision‘ definiert, indem historisch der Weg der Supervisionsarbeit in die Institution Schule aufzeigt wird. Daraufhin wird zunächst die Notwendigkeit des Gebrauchs der Supervision im Schulsystem allgemein genannt, um spezifisch auf den Lehrerberuf eingehen zu können. Welchen enormen Belastungen die Lehrer/innen ausgestellt sind und welche Bedeutung der Prävention des Burnout-Syndroms durch den Einsatz verschiedener Supervisionsansätze und -Settings wird in den weiterführenden Kapiteln nachgegangen, um herauszufinden ob die Supervision bei Lehrer und Lehrerinnen das Burnout-Syndrom vorsorglich verhindern kann. Die Institution Schule gekoppelt mit dem Thema Bildung genießt in unserer Gesellschaft höchste Priorität, denn ein wichtiger Teil der Sozialisation der Kinder und Jugendlichen findet im Schulsystem statt. Lehrer und Lehrerinnen stehen aufgrund ihres wandelnden Images im gesellschaftlichen Umfeld und dem beklagten Bildungsnotstand in Deutschland bereits unter großem Druck. Ergänzt wird dieser aber noch durch problematische Ereignisse im Unterricht, Leistungsdruck, Erwartungen von Eltern bzw. Erziehungsberechtigten sowie der Schulleitung. Des Weiteren stellen Lehrkräfte sich selber enorme Ansprüche, welche den Wettbewerb mit der Konkurrenz anstacheln und zu mangelnde Unterstützung durch Kolleg/innen führen. Diese immense Problematik der Lehrenden spiegelt sich gezwungenermaßen auch im Arbeitsfeld der Schule wieder, sodass in den letzten Jahren immer mehr Hilfe in außerschulischen Bereichen zur Konfliktlösung, Entlastung und Beratung der Lehrkräfte herangezogen werden. Die „Supervision“ entspricht einer Beratungsform, welcher ursprünglich aus dem außerschulischen Bereich stammt, sich jedoch - mehr oder weniger willkommen - zunehmend im Arbeitsfeld Schule und in der beruflichen Weiterbildung von Lehrern etabliert, wie hier gezeigt werden soll.

Analyzing labour law compliance data in the apparel industry from Better Factories Cambodia, we find that (1) there was a broad improvement in working conditions among factories both with and without a reputation sensitive buyer, (2) factories with a reputation sensitive buyer have higher average compliance, (3) after the elimination of public disclosure of factory level noncompliance the rate of improved compliance slowed for factories with a reputation sensitive buyer and compliance declined for factories lacking a reputation sensitive buyer but (4) compliance did not return to the baseline even in the absence of a reputation sensitive buyer or threat of public disclosure of noncompliance. These findings are consistent with the hypotheses that (1) third party enforcement complements code compliance efforts by reputation sensitive buyers, (2) factory-specific public disclosure of noncompliance helps control free-riding of noncompliant factories lacking a reputation sensitive buyer on the market-level reputational externalities generated by compliant factories and that (3) enforcement activities induce factories to experiment in human resource management innovations that are both more humane and more efficient.
