Ein entscheidender Punkt bei der Umstellung von fossilen Brennstoffen auf erneuerbare Energien ist die Entwicklung neuer Speichersysteme für Gase und eine Weiterentwicklung im Bereich der Solarzellen, Brennstoffzellen oder Speichermedien für elektrische Energie. Poröse Materialien mit geringer Dichte, großer Oberfläche, hoher Stabilität und periodischer Struktur sind hierfür von großem Interesse und sog. COFs könnten hierbei die Materialien der Wahl werden. Die Synthese kristalliner COFs erfordert einen reversiblen Reaktionsmechanismus, weswegen die Nitroxid-Austausch-Reaktion einen neuen Ansatz darstellen kann. Für diesen neuen Syntheseansatz gelang es im Rahmen dieser Arbeit, einige geeignete Bausteine darzustellen. Zum einen konnten mehrere Tri- bzw. Tetranitroxide über die Verknüpfung mehrfach funktionalisierter Tetraphenylmethan- bzw. Benzolderivate mit geeigneten Nitroxidreagenzien über Click-Chemie oder Kreuzkupplungsreaktionen dargestellt werden. Zum anderen konnten für die Reaktionspartner in der Nitroxid-Austausch-Reaktion ein Modellsystem an einem linearen Dialkoxyamin für die Synthese mehrfach substituierter Alkoxyamine entwickelt werden, welches auf verschiedene aromatische Grundgerüste übertragen werden konnte und gleichzeitig eine zusätzliche Funktionalisierung in $alpha$-Position zur Alkoxyaminfunktionalität erlaubt. Zusätzlich wurde in dieser Arbeit erstmals die Nitroxid-Austausch-Reaktion mittels EPR-Spektroskopie verfolgt, um Erkenntnisse über das Zusammenspiel von Temperatur, Reaktionszeit und molaren Verhältnissen der an dem Austausch beteiligten Komponenten zu gewinnen um so ein besseres Verständnis des Netzwerkaufbaus zu entwickeln.
