Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Sozialpädagogik, Katholische Fachhochschule Mainz, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Fragestellung: Was macht den Kern der systemischen Supervision aus? Gibt es einen spezifischen oder speziellen Kern, auf den sich der Ansatz bezieht, welcher sich von der systemischen Beratung unterscheidet. Gleichzeitig soll auch der Frage nach gegangen werden, wie sich die systemische Supervision von der "allgemeinen" Supervision beziehungsweise Supervisionstheorie unterscheidet und wie eine Abgrenzung von systemischer Beratung und systemische Supervision erfolgen kann. Die vorliegende Arbeit zur Erlangung des Titels Master of Arts wurde im Rahmen des Studienganges Beratung und Case Managements mit dem Schwerpunkt: Beratung im Feld der Sozialen Arbeit verfasst. Mein Anliegen war es, zu einem Thema zu schreiben, das sich mit einer für mich interessanten Fragestellung befasst, die auch für andere systemische oder interessierte Fachkräfte interessant sein könnte und mit dem Beratungsschwerpunkt zu tun hat. Da systemische Beratung sowohl ein Modul, als auch immer wieder in anderen Seminaren Thema war und ich mehrere Fortbildungen zu diesem Thema besucht habe (unter anderem Systemische Beratung, Systemische Therapie und systemisch- und ressourcenorientierte Familienarbeit) fiel mir die Entscheidung nicht schwer über ein systemisches Thema zu schreiben. Der Schwerpunkt fiel schnell auf das Thema Supervision, da es vielen Praktikern in der Sozialen Arbeit im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit begegnet und auch vermehrt Einzug in anderen Bereiche (Medizin, Wirtschaft und Verwaltung) als der Pädagogik, Psychologie, Therapie und Sozialarbeit findet.
