E per notarela virtù e grazia di detto Benedetto cimatore, stando a la predico, iscriveva in cera co lo stile; e detta la predico, tornava a la sua buttiga e iscriveva in foglio per modo che il giorno medesimo innanzi che si ponesse a lavorare aveva iscritta due volte la predica. La quale cosa chi bene no tara trovarà essere cosi miracolosa come umana in si brevissimo tempo iscriverla due volte, non lassando una minima paroluzza, che in quello tempo uscì di quella santa bocca. Secondo che io ho per costume, salvo certe lievezze di pura grafia mi sono attenuto pienamente alla le zione genuina dei due codici sopra indicati non mancando allo abbat termi in qualche brano di oscura le zione d'avvertirne il discreto lettore.
