SPinjam akan melakukan diskusi dengan debitur. Namun apabila upaya konsultasi tersebut gagal, maka perselisihan tersebut menggunakan proses arbitrase melalui Otoritas Penyelesaian Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan Alternatif Indonesia (“LAPS SJK”) akan menghasilkan penyelesaian.
