Secara filosofis keberadaan buku ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Kenotariatan di seluruh Indonesia dalam membuat akta badan usaha. Badan usaha dapat dibedakan menjadi dua macam, berbadan hukum dan tidak berbadan hukum. Badan usaha yang berbadan hukum, meliputi perseroan terbatas, yayasan, dan koperasi. Sedangkan yang tidak berbadan hukum, meliputi persekutuan firma dan persekutuan komanditer. Untuk mendapat pengakuan sebagai badan hukum, maka badan usaha tersebut harus mendapat pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Syarat-syarat dari pengesahan itu, yaitu pemohon atau notaris harus memasukkan dokumen kelengkapannya secara digital. Begitu juga pengesahannya, dilakukan secara digital dan notaris tinggal mencetak pengesahan tersebut. Teknik Pembuatan Akta merupakan salah satu Mata Kuliah Keahlian Berkarya (MKB) yang merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang harus ditempuh bagi mahasiswa yang menempuh program studi Magister Kenotariatan di Fakultas Hukum di seluruh universitas di Indonesia. Subtopik dalam mata kuliah ini salah satunya yaitu membahas mengenai akta-akta tertentu dalam bidang hukum perikatan, khususnya pendirian, perubahan, dan pembubaran dari suatu badan usaha. Badan usaha dimaksud antara lain Usaha Dagang, Firma, Commanditaire Vennootschap (C V), dan Maatschap. Di samping itu, juga akan dibahas mengenai pendirian, perubahan, dan pembubaran dari suatu Badan Hukum seperti Perseroan Terbatas, Koperasi, Yayasan, dan perkumpulan berbadan hukum. Salah satu tujuan mempelajari mata kuliah Teknik Pembuatan Akta yaitu pembaca mampu merancang berbagai macam akta notariil yang berkaitan dengan badan-badan usaha serta badan hukum sesuai dengan norma hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Untuk dapat menyusun akta notariil yang baik pada umumnya, seseorang harus dapat menguasai peraturan-peraturan hukum yang dimuat dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris, Burgerlijk Wetboek (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata), Wetboek van Koophandel (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Dagang), aturan mengenai pertanahan, perbankan, investasi, pasar modal, jaminan, dan aturan lainnya. Untuk menyusun isi akta notariil tertentu, seorang notaris harus menguasai dengan baik bagian-bagian tertentu dari aturan-aturan tersebut di atas.

Indonesia yang telah dijajah Belanda menyisahkan berbagai persoalan. Sebagai Negara yang baru merdeka dari penjajahan Belanda pada Tahun 1945 membawa pengaruh terkait adanya kekosongan hukum dalam berbagai hal, termasuk pengaturan dalam hubungan hukum yang sifatnya privat. This volume makes a significant contribution to the crisis management literature. It also adds to our inchoate understanding of network governance: temporary teams and task forces, communities of practice, alliances, and virtual organizations. It hints that the distinction between networks and organizations may be somewhat spurious, a matter of degree rather than kind. Indeed, it seems that this distinction may derive more from mental models in which we consistently reify organizations than anything else. Finally, the volume emphasizes the functional importance of leadership in network governance and puzzles over its provision in the absence of hierarchy.
