It can be brought about in many cases quite simply and inexpensively through the use of flower essences. As essências vibracionais florais atuam através da similaridade, ressonância ou atrito com as freqüências emitidas por órgãos, vísceras, partes do corpo vivo e a freqüência vibracional das flores, arbustos, plantas e água utilizados na fabricação dos extratos. Em 1945, Max Planck, físico alemão, criou a teoria dos “quanta”, afirmando que a matéria não existe, e tudo é energia, portanto corroborando com o seu colega Albert Einstein.
