I WROTE THIS BOOK TO EXPRESS TO THE WORLD THAT EVEN IN THE MIND OF STRONG WILLED, STUBBORN, TEMPERAMENTAL, ..........AND EVERY THING ELSE THAT SEEMS NEGATIVE, TYPE OF PERSON, THERE IS ALWAYS A SOFT, LOVING, TENDER, EMOTIONAL SIDE, TO EVEN THE TOUGHEST HUMAN BEING. THIS IS A VERY PERSONAL SIDE OF ME, WHICH ISN'T SHOWN TO MANY PEOPLE, DUE TO, I HATE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FOR MY GOOD SIDE, AND I GUESS YOU COULD SAY I LIKE TO BE THOUGHT OF AS THE HARD, ROCK THAT NO ONE CAN HURT, NO MATTER WHAT! I REALLY DON'T CARE WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ME, OR IF THEY EVEN LIKE MY WAY OF BEING. I'D PREFER TO HAVE PEOPLE DISLIKE ME FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING ME, RATHER THAN PEOPLE PRETENDING TO LIKE MY CALLOUS ATTITUDE, WHEN I FEEL DEFENSIVE, TOWARDS SARCASTIC, ARROGANT, SINGLE MINDED, UN-FOCUSED PEOPLE. I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THAT I AM NOT AS EXPRESSIVE AS MOST PEOPLE. I TEND TO BACK AWAY FROM LOVE AND PAIN, IN MOST SITUATIONS, BUT THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT I DONOT NEED LOVE AS ANYONE ELSE WOULD, OR THAT I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE, AT ALL. I SIMPLY LIKE TO KEEP MY FEELINGS TO MYSELF, AND EVALUATE WHOM I FEEL IS WORTH MY TIME, AND LOVE. TOO MANY PEOPLE WANT SO MUCH FROM OTHERS AND DON'T REALLY FEEL THEY NEED TO SACRIFICE AS MUCH AS SOMEONE ELSE, FOR WHATEVER REASONS. I 'D LIKE TO BELIEVE THAT I DO AND HAVE SACRIFICED AS MUCH AS ANYONE ELSE, IF AND ONLY WHEN I FEEL IT IS WORTH IT. NOT EVERYONE IS WORTH WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER.
