By the 5th article of. Thatltreaty, it was agreed, That creditors on eit/aerfia'e {hall meet with no lawful impe dimeni to the recovery of the full value in fierling money of all bona fide debts heretofore contracted. It is obfervable, that this article gives the creditors on neither fide any claim upon the Rates, but leaves them to profecute the individual, and the.
