Discover the secret behind The Secret! In the beginning was ... nothing! The Eternal Reason charts the beginning of the universe from its earliest moments and the formation of the Creator. From the very start, this divine being had one fatal flaw and thus we were shorn from the Creator and by the Creator itself to act as a balancing force to that flaw. Our souls and our free will are part of this universal 'Perfect Balance' that protects us and the Creator from that flaw! We are as important to the continuation of the universe as the Creator! The only problem is that over years, we have been taught that we have only physical abilities and so we act as if we don't matter. The truth is, you matter a great deal and each of has an unimaginable power to shape and direct energy that can affect the entire universe! What if I told you that were you to be wiped from existence, the universe would begin to collapse? It is our free will, our consciousness and our ability to manipulate and direct energy that is essential to the continuation of everything. There is no separation between us and the Creator, only the mental and spiritual blocks we place in our own path. The Eternal Reason maps out a spiritual unified theory as to why we are, how we are and where we are all going. Ultimately, no matter what path you think you are on, that path is one of self discovery as we learn to be at peace with ourselves and others and elevate ourselves to a state of knowing. What do we need to know to raise ourselves to a higher thinking? Learn how you can influence a universe and free yourself from the stifling rules, consumerism and controls of modern life. The processes we face everyday in life are no accident and are designed to keep you in a state of blindness and servitude to anything but your higher self. It is a deliberate policy that you should be kept in the dark, afraid to follow your own light and truth. As you shift and break away from this control that others place on you, a whole new life awaits!Imagine understanding all that is and will ever be. In this state, we truly begin to shift ourselves into a new alignment with a universal energy that permeates all things, including us. Our subconscious ability to interact with the world is the skill that must be developed to move to a higher state of being and like all skills, practice is the only requirement! There is no difference between the ability of one person who changes the world and the person who dies unknown. It is only that the person who changes the world knew he could. This is the skill we acquire as we follow the guidelines in the Eternal Reason. No matter how long it has been, how superficial you have lived or how suppressed the real you has been, it is still there and ready at all times to resurface if you allow it to! When you do, it will be one of the most liberating and exciting feelings you will ever experience! The Eternal Reason takes the reader on a thought provoking journey as to their own power and freedom. It looks at our mind and its abilities, our eternal soul, explains the energy that exists all around us and the manner in which our thoughts and intent affect that energy and our fortunes. Our presence here on earth, our imprint, being free and finding our own life path are all revealed. Ultimately, this book is about helping you, the reader, to mover further along your own path, free from any worry or doubt as to your own truth

Perfecting Human Actions written by John Michael Rziha and has been published by CUA Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2009 with Law categories.

During the last few centuries, a practical dichotomy between God and humans has developed within moral theory. As a result, moral theory tends to focus only on humans where human autonomy is foundational or only on God where divine commands capriciously rule. However, the moral theology of Thomas Aquinas overcomes this dichotomy. For Thomas, humans reach their perfection by participating in God's wisdom and love. Perfecting Human Actions explores the ways humans participate in eternal law--God's wisdom that guides and moves all things to their proper action. The book begins with a thoughtful examination of the philosophic recovery of the notion of participation in Thomistic metaphysics. It then explains Thomas's theological understanding of the notion of participation to show how humans are related to God. It is discovered that when performing human actions, humans participate in the eternal law in two ways: as moved and governed by it, and cognitively. In reference to participation as moved and governed, humans are directed by God to their proper end of eternal happiness. This mode of participation can be increased by perfecting the natural inclinations through virtue, grace, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. In reference to cognitive participation, humans as rational creatures can know their proper end and how to attain it. Through this knowledge of moral truths, the intellect participates in the eternal law. Cognitive participation is perfected by the intellectual virtues (especially faith) and the gifts of the Holy Spirit (especially wisdom). The book concludes by showing how the notion of human participation in the eternal law is a much better foundation for moral theory than the contemporary notion of autonomy. ABOUT THE AUTHOR: John Rziha is associate professor of theology at Benedictine College. PRAISE FOR THE BOOK: " A] competent and indeed masterful study. . . . Rziha's book is to be welcomed as not just an important, but indeed an overdue contribution to the contemporary recovery of Aquinas's moral theory. More importantly, this study is of surpassing importance in advancing the correct understanding of the relationship between human freedom and natural law. . . . Rziha's lucidly written and well-documented study displays all the characteristics of a competent and learned interpretation of the thought of the doctor communis according to the highest standards of current Aquinas scholarship."--Reinhard Hutter, Thomist "Rziha explores at length the two modes by which human participate in God's eternal law: as moved and governed by it and as having knowledge of it. . . . T]his book proves to be something of a comprehensive course in Thomistic thought. This project is supported by extensive and meticulous footnote reverences to texts of Aquinas." --Janine Marie Idziak, Speculum

Schleiermacher’s readers have long been familiar with his proposal for an ‘eternal covenant’ between theology and natural science. Yet there is disagreement both about what this ‘covenant’ amounts to, why Schleiermacher proposed it, and how he meant it to be persuasive. In The Eternal Covenant, Pedersen argues, contrary to received wisdom, that the ‘eternal covenant’ is not first a methodological or political proposal but is, rather, the end result of a complex case from the doctrine of God, the notion of a world, and an account of divine action. With his compound case against miracles, Schleiermacher secures the in-principle explicability of everything in the world through natural causes. However, his case is not only negative. Far from a mere concession, the eternal covenant is an argument for what Schleiermacher calls, ‘the essential identity of ethics and natural philosophy.’ Indeed, because the nature system is both intended for love and wisely ordered, the world is a supremely beautiful divine artwork and is, therefore, the absolute self-revelation of God. Schleiermacher’s case is a challenging alternative to reigning accounts of God, nature, divine action, and the relationship between religion and science.

On The Eternal In Man written by Max Scheler and has been published by Routledge this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2017-07-12 with Philosophy categories.

Max Scheler (1874-1928) decisively influenced German philosophy in the period after the First World War, a time of upheaval and new beginnings. Without him, the problems of German philosophy today, and its attempts to solve them would be quite inconceivable. What was new in his philosophy was that he used phenomenology to investigate spiritual realities. The subject of On the Eternal in Man is the divine and its reality, the originality and non-derivation of religious experience. Scheler shows the characteristic quality of that which is religious. It is a particular essence that cannot be reduced to anything else. It is a sphere that belongs essentially to humankind; without it we would not be human. If genuine fulfillment is denied it, substitutes come into being. This religious sphere is the most essential, decisive one. It determines man's basic attitude towards reality and in a sense the color, extent and position of all the other human domains in life. It forms the basis for various views about life and thought. Scheler was emphatically an intuitive philosopher. In Scheler's work the break between being as the almighty but blind rage and value as the knowing but powerless spirit-has become complete, and makes of each human a split being. Personal experiences may be reflected here. The development of Scheler's work as a whole was highly dependent on his personal experiences. It is this that gives Scheler's work its liveliness and its validity.

Excerpt from The Logic of Reason, Universal and Eternal Physical Science Speculative Philosophy are fast forcing to the result, that knowledge cannot be made so positive as wholly to displace sincere scepticism by any modes of logic or dialectic hitherto applied. Through all past ages an assumed knowledge has been able to find some ground on which to maintain its own convictions, but never with so clear a title that scepticism has not interposed its honest doubt of entire validity. In the present age, the ultimate sources for both conviction and doubt are so closely examined, that the crisis seems approaching in which the two cannot stand together on common ground, and longer dispute the right to possession, but one or the other will attain an acknowledged exclusive ownership.
