The Palitanium Galaxy is composed of millions of stars whose inhabitants of the planets revolving around these stars are guardians of the Omniverse. The two Chief Consuls are to complete Phase I of the Great Master Plan for protecting Earth from all malevolent beings existing in other star systems. Since Earth has recently adopted peaceful co-existence, the peoples of this planet are highly susceptible to harmful ways. Until the Peoples of the Sun Star are fully brought into the fold of the Palitanium Galaxy, the mission of the Palatial Society is to ensure their eternal protection. As the first profound anthropological descriptions of that region, the publications of the Jesup North Pacific Expedition, undertaken in the first years of the 20th century, marked the beginning of a new era of research in Russia. They represented a shift of the already existing transnational research networks toward North America.
