Ever walk into a room and it suddenly FEELS wrong? How about the person who had a feeling they should call their loved one, only to find out they passed away two hours after the call? Millions of people around the world hear their intuition in life-saving moments. What if you could tap into THAT? Everyone searches for answers. We have all reached that crossroad and wondered which road we should take. Which path leads to the most money? Health? Love? What if the answer to all these questions were right in front of you? In this life-changing book, Katharine Giovanni shows you how to hear that little bird on your shoulder. You know the one. It’s your inner voice, your intuition, your higher self. This book shows you how to use your intuition deliberately so you can really hear the answers. "This book is exactly what I needed to read at this point in my life. It gives practical tools to help you deal with & overcome your anger, bitterness, past trauma and finding joy. Most of us move through life just to survive. This book is helping me thrive, learn how to ask my angels to reveal answers in the way I can receive it and trust that little birdie, my gut, to lead the way. Thank you Katharine for an amazing book that I literally stopped what I was doing to answer the prompts and get on with the best of the rest of my life! " Precious L. Williams, CEO, Perfect Pitches By Precious, LLC "Katharine’s conversational tone throughout her story is so refreshing. I sat down and read the entire book in one sitting. This book gives you so many tips & suggestions on how to listen to your intuition, I wish I had read this book a few years ago! Her voice allows you to relate because you instantly feel like you know her & when she tells you “You Got This”, you believe her! She is honest about her own bumps on the road of life because we all have them. Thank you, Katharine for sharing your gift with the world. What an inspiration you are! If you want to start taking steps to guide your life in a new direction, read this book." – Jennifer M. Alemany, Author, Speaker, Mentor "I couldn’t put it down! Katharine's stories were fascinating, the tips were excellent, and the exercises were very helpful. Congratulations on writing and publishing a much-needed example and resource to help others trust and utilize their intuition more!" Sandy Geroux, M.S., award-winning and motivational leadership speaker, trainer and author "As a paranormal investigator and student of the metaphysical for over 20 years, the concepts of intuition, inner voice, etc. are something that I have struggled with and embraced, in equal measure. I believe strongly that we all have the ability to “intuit” when we take the time to listen. In this book, Katharine Giovanni uses stories from her own life experience to simply, and matter-of-factly, explain the concepts and implementation of the intuition that we all possess. This book is the treasure in a sea of elaborate and flowery prose related to this topic. Katharine’s stories support her points in a way that was, for me, a joy to read. I really enjoyed it. If you are curious about, or doubt, the guidance you receive, this is a must-read." Jeffery Sullivan, Director, Sixth Sense Paranormal Investigations, San Antonio, TX "One of the things that I love about Katharine's writing is her straightforward, easygoing approach. I feel like she’s talking to me as I’m reading the book. She combines her personal stories and wit to explain how we all can access our intuition. Rather than keeping this wisdom a mysterious secret, she shares exercises in the back of the book so we can DIY! She wants her readers to know how to help themselves by using intuition. I believe that everyone, even the skeptics, can gain value reading this book. I highly recommend it." Susan Fitzell, Consultant, Author, Trainer & Speaker,

What do you think are the gifts of cancer?' Even now, all these years later, when I recall the question, a sense of shock still resonates. I thought of Julian's gruelling treatment regime, about how all seven of his children were coping seeing him so unwell, so reduced. Then, in the silence that followed, like the first sprouting of a tiny plant, I began to think about all the good things that Julian and I had experienced because of his illness; amid the strain and fear we had shared precious moments of love and kindness that might not have otherwise happened. I began to cry. 'Perhaps you could think of Julian's cancer in another way,' the counsellor suggested. 'Maybe it's like a little bird on your shoulder that's reminding you how to live.' Over a decade ago, award-winning journalist Lucy Palmer lost her beloved husband Julian, leaving her alone to raise their three young children on a farm south of Sydney. This beautifully written memoir tells the story of how Lucy and Julian fell in love with each other and with Papua New Guinea, and traces their family's return to Australia to face the daunting challenges of Julian's journey with cancer. Looking back with both sadness and joy, Lucy's honest and thoughtful account of finding hope and meaning where none seemed to be, will move and inspire all who read it. A Bird on My Shoulder offers us new and surprising ways to think about love and death, about the worst that can happen and what it can mean

The Pain Artist is a dark psychological novel about a young man who, after being abandoned and left homeless, is forced to move in with his invalid grandmother who lives in a gang-infested neighborhood of South Central Los Angeles. Crippled and in constant pain, he becomes a self-described Hikikomori (a Japanese term for young men who withdraw from society to live mostly on the internet). The novel explores the horrific challenges of today’s inner-city youth. From the chilling opening, to the existentially alarming conclusion, the reader is carried along with the protagonist on his journey of learning and self discovery.

Memoirs Of Nikita Khrushchev written by Nikita Sergeevich Khrushchev and has been published by Penn State Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2004 with Biography & Autobiography categories.

This is the third and last volume of the only complete and fully reliable English-language version of the memoirs of the Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev. In the first two volumes, published by Pennsylvania State University Press in 2005 and 2006, respectively, Khrushchev tells the story of his rise to power and his part in the fight against Hitler&’s invasion of the Soviet Union. He also discusses agriculture, the housing problem, and other issues of domestic policy, as well as defense and disarmament. This volume is devoted to international affairs. Khrushchev describes his dealings with foreign statesmen and his state visits to Britain, the United States, France, Scandinavia, India, Afghanistan, Burma, Egypt, and Indonesia. In the first part, Khrushchev talks about relations between the Soviet Union and the Western powers. Of particular interest is his perspective on the Berlin, U-2, and Cuban missile crises. The second part focuses on the Communist world&—above all, the deterioration of relations with China and the tensions in Eastern Europe, including relations with Tito&’s Yugoslavia, Gomulka&’s Poland, and the 1956 Soviet intervention in Hungary. In the third part, Khrushchev discusses the search for allies in the Third World. The Appendixes contain biographies, a bibliography, and a chronology, as well as the reminiscences of Khrushchev&’s chief bodyguard about the visit to the United Nations in 1960 at which the famous &“shoe-banging&” incident occurred&—or, perhaps, did not occur.

Lost And written by Jeff Griffin and has been published by University of Iowa Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2013-10-15 with Art categories.

Ever since he was a child sitting in the back of his parents' car, Jeff Griffin has been taking explorative journeys into the desert. In 2007, as an art student, he started wandering the back roads of the Mojave Desert with the purpose of looking for a place to reflect in the harshly beautiful surroundings. What he found were widely scattered postmodern ruins--abandoned trailers and campers and improvised structures--whose vanished occupants had left behind, in their trash, an archaeological record of astonishing richness and poignancy. Comprised entirely of unaltered reproductions of extraordinary found materials--drawings, charts, questionnaires, compulsively detailed letters, legal documents, jottings, journal entries, stunningly vivid and mysterious photographs--this is a work of sociological and literary daring that defies categorization.
