This mini-book is a chapter from my forthcoming book Enlightenment 101: A Guide to God-Realization and Higher Human Culture. Therefore it occurred to me that I could share some of Enlightenment 101 via this mini-book (in both ebook and paper format). I expect to follow this one with several others, each a complete chapter from the incomplete book, as a way of introducing readers to what I hope will be finished and published in the near future.This essay is expanded from a chapter in Everything You Want to Know about TM (Pocket Books, 1976 and Paraview Press, 2004).
