In addition, the topics of trauma, oppression, greed, relationships, sleep, depression, anxiety, mood, anger, water, behavior, learning, nourishment, environmental inputs, digestion, brain health, the gut brain connection, exercise, and work ethic, plus much more are addressed. The book consists of 52 action steps based on connections made from the Book of Nehemiah to the health and behavior of all individuals.
