In the aftermath of World War Three, the world lay in ruins. The scars of the devastating nuclear conflict ran deep, and out of the ashes arose a new global order known as the United Earth Council. This centralized governing body was founded with the hope of preventing future conflicts and ensuring the survival of humanity. One of the most controversial measures taken by the United Earth Council was the mandatory implantation of tracking devices in every surviving human being. The devices were a source of constant surveillance, allowing the Council to monitor the movements and activities of every individual twenty-four-seven. It was a measure deemed necessary to maintain order and security in the fragile world that had emerged from the war. Attempting to remove these tracking devices was an act punishable by severe consequences. Each tracking device was equipped with a failsafe mechanism. If a person attempted to tamper with or remove their implant, it triggered an instant alarm, sending an alert directly to the United Earth Council's security network. At that moment, the disobedient individual would find themselves frozen in their tracks, their movement halted by a paralyzing effect delivered by the implant.
