Physikalische Fachveranstaltungen bereiten Lehramtsstudierende nicht immer gezielt auf die spezifischen Anforderungen des Schulunterrichts vor. Deshalb wurde im hier vorgestellten Forschungsprojekt ein Lehrkonzept entwickelt, das professionsorientiertes Physiklernen unterstützen soll. Gemäß den Merkmalen des kumulativen Lernens werden schulrelevante Grundkonzepte (z.,B. das Kraftkonzept) wiederholt aufgegriffen, während die konkreten Inhalte an Komplexität zunehmen. Das Lehrkonzept wurde als Intervention in zwei Vorlesungen zu den Themenfeldern Mechanik und Elektrodynamik sowie einem physikalischen Praktikum umgesetzt; N=22 Studierende (Haupt- und Realschullehramt Physik) nahmen teil. Die Wirksamkeit der Intervention wurde mit einer Mixed-Methods Studie evaluiert. Eine Teilstudie mit quasi-experimentellem Design untersuchte den Fachwissenszuwachs. Eine zweite Teilstudie untersuchte mit qualitativen Interviews den von den Studierenden gewählten Lernzugang, d.,h. ob sie eher oberflächlich auswendig lernen oder ein tiefes Verständnis anstreben. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der schulnahe Fachwissenserwerb bei der Interventionsgruppe größer ist als bei der Kontrollgruppe (N=665 Lehramtsstudierende von verschiedenen Hochschulstandorten). Zudem konnte belegt werden, dass die Art des Lernzugangs mit der Höhe des Fachwissenserwerbs korreliert. Somit erweist sich das Lehrkonzept als wirksamer Ansatz für professionsorientiertes Physiklernen, sofern es gelingt bei den Studierenden einen vertieften Lernzugang zu induzieren.
