Perubahan iklim merupakan kenyataan baru bagi produk sistem peradaban dunia yang lebih populer disebut dengan globalisasi. Kegundahan, situasi yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian, kemunafikan, kemudhorotan, dan saling merugikan satu sama lain. Bukankah seharusnya itu tidak harus dilakukan? Bahkan yang menyangkut kepentingan serta kelestarian sistem planet Bumi. Peradaban sudah cukup berumur, terbangun di planet Bumi ini. Akan tetapi karakteristik peradaban itu sangat luar biasa. Menguasai bidang ilmu tertentu untuk membnagun keberhasilan sistem, namun tidak cukup membangun keberhasilan dalam banyak hal dengan spesialisasi itu sendiri. Bahkan lepas dari segi positifnya, spelialisasi dapat menciptakan kegagalan-kegaglan sistem bentuk baru atau kegagalan-kegagalan multidimensional sistem. Meski ilmu penunjang itu tidak disebut dengan dewa penyelamat. Namun Bertitik tolak dari sinilah para rektor perguruan tinggi negeri memandang dipelukannya mata kuliah kepemimpinan, kewirausahaan, serta entrepreneuralship. Bahkan ada yang telah mendeclare sebagai entrepreneuralship university. Sungguh luar biasa program-program tersebut. Buku dengan judul “Tokoh Masa Depan (The Builder System)” ini disajikan kepada publik terutama bagi mahasiswa teknik mesin, dalam rangka memback-up progrma-program semacam itu. Program-program tersebut memerlukan proses membangun pola pikir dalam rangka pengembangan managerial capacity para mahasiswanya, sehingga kegagalan demi kegagalan bisa disulap dengan keberhasilan.
