The body then relies more heavily on stored fat for energy causing an individual's metabolism to slow down significantly over time resulting in tiredness and lack of energy throughout the day. Weakened Immune System: Consuming high calorie meals floods the body with nutrients which prevent it from absorbing essential vitamins necessary for healthy immune system functioning leading one to become more susceptible illnesses such as colds and flu's etc... In conclusion eating too much is highly damaging both physically and mentally when it comes to long term health outcomes. It is important not only pay attention to what you eat but also how much you consume so as not let your body be exposed the multitude negative impacts that overeating causes it!
