Der Stoizismus ist eine alte Philosophie, die darauf basiert, sich selbst so zu akzeptieren, wie man nun mal ist, um das Beste aus sich zu machen. Man ist nun mal toxisch als Mensch. In diesem Buch möchte ich zeigen, wie man toxische Eigenschaften in etwas Aufblühendes verwandeln kann. Es geht hier um Eigenschaften, die überwiegend männlich sind nicht um Männer. Jeder Mensch kann von diesem Buch etwas für sich mitnehmen.
