For me, I have learned 3 major lessons; one is about feeling unconditional love, the second is about understanding myself and the third lesson is about shifting my paradigm to have a fresh perspective about understanding the meaning of life and how others affect my life. I never knew that I would ever feel love within myself the way I do.
