Com a régua e o compasso próprios de um grande escritor, Ubaldo oferece uma visão original de um brasileiro típico e suas estranhezas pela capital alemã. Mesmo passados mais de 15 anos da primeira edição, o autor mostra mais uma vez que um bom texto não tem idade.
