Sono qui a ricordare. Pur avendo sempre intuito che nella mia infanzia c’era qualcosa di sbagliato, di eccessivamente doloroso, solo a partire dai nove anni ho iniziato a capire quanto la mia vita fino ad allora fosse stata difficile, anomala e solitaria. Quel che è stato è stato, e so che la sofferenza che mi è stata inflitta è riconducibile principalmente alla fragilità umana, e in parte anche a una condizione di indigenza estrema. È passato talmente tanto tempo che l’ultima cosa che voglio è tracciare lo schema delle colpe, risalire all’origine dei miei mali, assolvere alcuni e condannare altri.
