.Como pueblo en decadencia, tenemos la característica fatal de carecer de ese sentido de pertenencia que no nos motiva a luchar por lo nuestro. Quizás nos equivocamos al pensar en nuestra docilidad como pueblo, siendo tal vez la dejadez, la indiferencia, el conformismo y el poco espíritu de lucha lo que mejor nos definen como pueblo. O será el individualismo lo que ha llevado a la marginación y al sentimiento de inferioridad a la mayoría de la población. Si no de que otra manera podríamos entender, el que el pueblo acepte de forma tan dócil todos los atropellos a los que es sometido por los llamados lideres políticos y gobernantes. Entender el porque de ese continuismo, de esa sumisión, me llevo a escudriñar miles de razonamientos, a buscarle la lógica del porque tantos años de tolerar tantas injusticias. Al final deduje que en uno de estos dos razonamientos esta la verdad. O que el pueblo es el único responsable por todos los abusos a los que ha sido sometido por siglos por quienes lo gobiernan. O que los lideres sin escrúpulos que los gobiernan, tienen no solo la maldad, sino también la habilidad para engañar a todo un pueblo, durante tanto tiempo.Si vemos como los lideres políticos han gobernado al país, notamos que nunca se ven afectados por lo que aqueja a la ciudadanía. Se reparten las riquezas el país sin decoro, ni escrúpulos. Si les importara las necesidades del pueblo, ajustarían sus gastos extravagantes en beneficio de la ciudadanía. Cuando le pides sacrificios al pueblo, que no le queda nada para aportar y tu en la riqueza, sin ofrecer ni sacrificar nada, eres egoísta y malvado. Si por tanto tiempo han logrado mantener el control del pueblo hasta el punto de aceptarles tantos atropellos, han tenido la habilidad para engañar de forma tal que aun hoy les seguimos llamando honorables.La solución a la crisis en la que nos encontramos, esta en el pueblo El cáncer que representa los males del gobierno no se resuelve con protestas, eso es comparable a querer curar un cáncer con aspirinas. La única forma de erradicar el cáncer de un mal gobierno que tanto daño le hace a sus ciudadanos, equivaldría a cortar de raíz o erradicar el tumor maligno que produjo el cáncer. Erradiquemos a todos los políticos que nos gobiernan. A los políticos que buscan apoyo en lideres religiosos, quienes se han enriquecido bajo el ala protectora de los políticos de oficio, para mantener el control del libre pensamiento de sus feligreses, usando a su dios como fuerza para su lucro personal. estos seudo lideres religiosos han convertido al dios del dinero en su verdadero dios, en enviados o mensajeros de un dios diferente al Dios al cual le profesan fe sus feligreses. Se proclaman príncipes y princesas de un rey todopoderoso, para justificar la riqueza que los delata.Los políticos son los únicos responsables de todos los males que aquejan la país. Ellos buscan soluciones sencillas a los grandes problemas que ellos mismos crearon. A los políticos no les importan las necesidades del pueblo, gobiernan para ellos y los grandes intereses que los subvencionan. Son los grandes intereses económicos los que verdaderamente gobiernan al país. Con la eliminación de los partidos políticos y sus políticos de oficio se van eso grandes intereses que provocan la corrupción gubernamental. No podemos seguir con las posiciones a perpetuidad y hereditarias en el gobierno.La democracia como la conocemos nunca ha existido. No es el gobierno del pueblo y para el pueblo con igualdad de oportunidades, es el gobierno de beneficios para unos pocos y en perjuicio de los muchos. Gobiernos de represión y prejuicios, que margina y limita. No lo sigamos permitiendo, Empecemos a crear una verdadera democracia, es tuya la decisión, PUEBLO. Donde único los mediocres sobresalen sin dejar de ser mediocres, es en la política.

The thesis of this original and provocative book is that representative government should be understood as a combination of democratic and undemocratic, aristocratic elements. Professor Manin challenges the conventional view that representative democracy is no more than an indirect form of government by the people, in which citizens elect representatives only because they cannot assemble and govern in person. The argument is developed by examining the historical moments when the present institutional arrangements were chosen from among the then available alternatives. Professor Manin reminds us that while today representative institutions and democracy appear as virtually indistinguishable, when representative government was first established in Europe and America, it was designed in opposition to democracy proper. Drawing on the procedures used in earlier republican systems, from classical Athens to Renaissance Florence, in order to highlight the alternatives that were forsaken, Manin brings to the fore the generally overlooked results of representative mechanisms.
