La seconde démarche vise à s'aimer suffisamment pour s'autorespecter, (re)trouver une idenité personnelle et sociale particulière et émancipatrice. Le projet d'autoformation consiste à déconditionner le "consommateur" passif pour qu'il retrouve à la fois sa dignité humaine et sa joie de vivre.
